Q. Got stuck at the checkout! A. Call, or email. We'll sort it out. You can place an order over the phone, and if you leave a message out of hours or email, we'll call you back.
Q.Buying for a school or club with no credit card?<
A. NO problem. Email your order, delivery address and invoice address to info@zsig.com, or call us on 0161 484 5000.
Q Why did my tennis goods arrive in a wine box? We pack everything securely, but use recycled cardboard. So, no more nice, white printed boxes, but possibly added entertainment value. We hope you recycle the packaging too.
Q. I clicked on PAY, then wanted to add a product, but couldn't go back to the checkout. I had to go all the way through the site again.
A. Once you click on PAY, you're taken out of Zsig's site and, for your protection, on to WorldPay's secure site for payment. You can't, therefore, use the back button to get to the checkout... you do have to go in through the front end of the site again. It is for your security, however.
Q. The site won't let me pay!
A. Check your internet options to make sure you have cookies enabled. However, if you are experiencing any difficulty, please call us on 0161 484 5000 or send us an email to info@zsig.com.
Q. How do I know if my payment has gone through?
A. You will receive a WorldPay transaction confirmation email showing details of your purchase, and a Transaction ID.
Q. My transaction confirmation email shows an error. What can I do?
A. We check WorldPay confirmation against your web order, so more than likely we will contact you before you notice! But if anything seems untoward, contact us on 0161 484 5000, or email info@zsig.com. In both cases, please give us your order details, including Transaction ID, and explain the problem.
