Your security is important. Zsig uses a secure server – WorldPay - to process your online credit or debit card payments. Any card data you give is encrypted using a Secure Socket Layer session. SSL is an Internet industry standard, and protects against disclosure to third parties. Customer credit card details are not stored online for your protection, which is why you have to re-enter card details at each transaction. We will not charge you until the goods leave our warehouse. By the way, we don't get your credit card number - it's THAT secure! It only goes to WorldPay.
YOUR PRIVACY
Any information you provide is used solely by Zsig Sports Limited in the processing of your order, and is not released to any other entity. You will not be contacted by any other organisation as a result of placing an order with us!

Expiry Date on Payment Card
Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the anticipated despatch date of your order! Payment is taken at the point of despatch for goods and in the event that the payment card has expired we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order.
DELIVERY
What does it cost?
UK mainland
48-hour carrier or First Class Post for small parcels
Postage is charged at £3.99 on all orders regardless of size. We will only charge you postage once per order, no matter how many parcels we send you.
Northern Ireland & Channel Islands: charged and delivered at cost. We’ll find the most cost-effective service. Email, fax or call us if you’d like details.
International
We export at cost, and choose different methods depending on size and weight of goods ordered. Phone, fax or email us your order, and we’ll tell you the most cost-effective shipping charge.

International order internet prices will not take into account any VAT reductions you may be entitled to. These will be deducted by Zsig and a copy of your ex VAT invoice will be dispatched with your goods.
Order urgent? UK customers can request 24-hour carrier Priority Service and in-stock orders received before 12.00p.m. should reach most postcodes the following day. Orders are despatched weekdays and non-bank holidays only. Priority Service costs £6.99. Please request by phone (0161 484 5000).
How?
UK small orders are sent by First Class Post, but the majority by carrier with computerised tracking system. This means you must give us a delivery address where someone will be in (work address, neighbour) or note that you wish to waive the signature requirement in the correct box on the delivery address form and tell us where to leave your order (say in a porch or garage). Please note that without a signature of receipt, goods are uninsured for non-delivery, and this is entirely at your own risk. Alternatively, where there is nobody to sign for receipt, the carrier will leave a card and attempt delivery the following day. Thereafter, the parcel will remain at your local depot for five working days before being returned to us. At this point, if you wish for re-delivery of the parcel we will have to charge you again. International orders will be advised of delivery method by email.
When?
In-stock items for UK delivery will usually be with you within 3-5 working days (and probably faster!). You will be advised by email of any delay. International orders: you will be advised of delivery times by email.
RETURNS
No quibbles. We want you to enjoy your Zsig products!
If it isn’t what you thought it was, send it back. We’ll exchange it or give you a full refund. You must notify us within seven working days of delivery (call or email), and return it to us in unused condition within 14 days including in your parcel a short covering note explaining the problem and a copy of your invoice. When sending a return, we strongly recommend that you send it recorded delivery (you pay for the postage). We can’t accept responsibility for a lost or damaged delivery to us that was not guaranteed.
Should your order from us have been damaged in transit or is in any way faulty, please notify us within three working days of delivery. Zsig will arrange and pay for collection from you, and replace or refund your order. If we made an error in processing your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package, and you will be given instructions on how to proceed.
And if you’re unhappy with a product you’ve been using, call and talk to us about it.
